Vorum – Current Mouth (Sepulchral Voice, 2015).

Following their album Poisoned Void, Vorum have returned with another relentless, bestial slab of death metal mayhem. It starts off, roaring in with, and over the course of 18 minutes or so your ears are left devastated and ravaged by the raw fury. As mentioned, the production is good and raw, providing some sick, chainsaw-like guitars. The song structures are more chaotic, and the music is pure fury, and so highly enjoyable. Whilst a very good EP, the songs are not as memorable as those from the album and don’t have the same sort of hooks, which is where it suffers somewhat in comparison. Nevertheless, despite this, it is still a good, solid slab of death metal.

8/10.
